Klimona Works is a light-industrial development in Agios Sylas, one of Limassol’s principal industrial zones. The first phase occupies a 9,000 sq m plot and provides 5,600 sq m in total, with a potential second phase taking the scheme to as much as 11,000 sq m of new industrial space. It sits on the main east–west arterial, 0.7 km from the highway and seven kilometres, or about 15 minutes by road, from the Port of Limassol. Two independent entrances connect it to an established cluster of logistics, trade and industrial occupiers. The development applies the small-bay industrial-estate format to freehold units of 150–250 sq m.
