The River Residence is a six-apartment building in the centre of Limassol, on Ioanni Kyriakide street in the Apostolos Andreas area, directly beside the Garyllis River Linear Park. That park is one of Limassol's most significant urban green spaces, running roughly 5.5 km along the river and connecting the city centre with the northern neighbourhoods, the Old Port and the Marina through walking and cycling paths, landscaped gardens, playgrounds and shaded rest areas. The setting is a quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance of everyday amenities. All six apartments have two bedrooms, and each comes with one parking space and its own storage room. Large balconies face the city, and the third-floor apartments add private roof gardens.
